Unlock Your Dreams: The Power of Repetition

October 11, 20241 min read

Hi Friends,

Repetition can be your best friend or your worst enemy.

The repetition of a behavior over time creates a habit—good or bad. A habit creates automaticity, which means you no longer rely on willpower to take action.

That’s why we need to make sure what we repeat daily is taking us where we want to go—or shaping us into who we want to become.

Darren Hardy wrote in his book The Compound Effect:
"A daily routine built on good habits is the difference that separates the most successful among us from everyone else."

We are who we are today because of the repetition of our:

  • Thoughts

  • Emotions

  • Words

  • Actions

  • Beliefs

  • Habits

  • Routines

If we want to change, we must use repetition. It’s our best friend for transformation. Yes, it will be hard at first—but remember, what was once hard becomes easy through the power of repetition.

Aristotle said it best:
"We are what we repeatedly do."

So if you’re ready to change, it all starts and stops with repetition. In closing, remember—repetition can be your best friend or your worst enemy. It’s a choice.

Let’s Climb!!!
